Championship returns to Hazeltine National Golf Club for the second time
CHASKA, Minnesota (June 17, 2024) ー The PGA of America announced today that Greta Siedow has been named General Chair of the 2026 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota, will host its second KPMG Women’s PGA Championship in June 2026 after previously hosting in 2019.
Siedow will lead the Championship Host Committee consisting of more than 50 Division and Committee Chairs and over 1,100 volunteers.
“All of us at the PGA of America are grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Greta over the next two years leading into the 2026 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship,” said Championship Director Jackie Endsley. “This Championship continues to evolve and is firmly established as one of women’s golf’s most impactful events. Greta’s leadership and passion for this community will be invaluable as we prepare for 2026.”
Siedow is a Fortune 5 healthcare leader with experience in strategy, administration, operations, growth and general management. She currently serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff for Optum Rx, an integrated pharmacy-care services organization.
Siedow is an active member at Hazeltine, currently serving on the club’s finance committee and as Volunteer Operations Chair for the 2024 U.S. Amateur Championship.
Additionally, she played an integral role in several of the PGA of America’s past Championships at Hazeltine, including as Division Chair of Contestant Services for the 2019 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship and as a volunteer during the 2016 Ryder Cup and 2009 PGA Championship. She also supports the local community as a youth athletics coach and as a member of the development committee of the local ALS Association chapter.
Siedow has been a golf enthusiast her whole life thanks to her dad introducing her to the game when she was young. She currently resides in Carver, Minnesota with her husband, Paul, and three children.
“I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve in this position for the 2026 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship – especially during a time where women’s sports are rising so quickly,” said Siedow. “It is a great honor to represent Hazeltine alongside an incredible championship team and organizations like KPMG, the PGA of America, the LPGA; our membership; and the greater Chaska community.”
Broadcast in partnership with NBC and Golf Channel, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship is a collaboration of the PGA of America, LPGA and KPMG. The event combines an annual major golf championship with the KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit and an ongoing charitable initiative called the KPMG Future Leaders Program—all focused on the development, advancement and empowerment of women on and off the golf course.
