UNRL Named Regional Partner of 2024 U.S. Amateur Championship

The 124th U.S. Amateur Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club will team up with UNRL, a locally-based athleisure and golf apparel brand, to elevate the player experience and support the world’s best amateur golfers, the two organizations announced today.

"UNRL is an active supporter of Minnesota sports and the Twin Cities community,” said Justin Armstrong, USGA Director, Championships. “Their commitment to elevating the player experience at the U.S. Amateur aligns with our mission and desire to conduct a world-class championship.”

As part of its support, in addition to a monetary contribution, UNRL will execute a significant player gifting program that will include exclusive apparel and accessories for the 312 competitors in the championship. In turn, UNRL will receive the opportunity to create a dedicated activation area at the championship, a license to use all championship marks on their social channels and in regional promotional assets, as well as hospitality considerations.

“We’re extremely grateful to partner up with the USGA and take part in this world class event put on by Hazeltine National,” said Michael E. Jordan, CEO, UNRL. “We couldn’t be more excited to support the best amateur players in the game next month.”

For over a decade, UNRL has invested its profits in the local community. UNRL donates 10 percent of profits to organizations and worthy causes making an impact in the Twin Cities. UNRL ambassadors include golfers Frankie Capan III (2017 U.S. Amateur Four-Ball Champion), Ben Warian (University of Minnesota), Brendan Valdes (Auburn) and Lance Simpson (Tennessee). UNRL also has partnerships with NFL stars Adam Thielen and TJ Hockenson, in addition to first-round pick Joe Alt.

Fans have the chance to walk the fairways with the world’s best amateur golfers and future stars of the game as the USGA is offering individual single-day Gallery tickets ($30/ticket) and five-packs of Gallery tickets ($125 total) that can be used over multiple days or shared on the same day with family and friends.

Juniors ages 17 and under will be granted complimentary Gallery admission for any day of the event by visiting the onsite ticket office with a ticketed or credentialed adult.
